Worst Service

I experienced the worst service and customer service at NMI Ford Tygervalley I’ve ever experienced. I decided to give this dealership another chance to fix an issue with my vehicle, even though my last visit was already disappointing. During my previous service, they did not fix my car properly—my lights were still broken when I got it back, despite me specifically mentioning the issue. Hoping things might have improved, I tried to book another appointment, but no one ever called me back. I phoned multiple times and left my number, yet never received any response. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership. I honestly think Ford SA should look into what’s happening here, because the level of service is unacceptable.
