Worst Ford Customer

Worst Ford Mare they never cease to disappoint as most South Africans are frustrated with Ford, order a part from Ford 5 months ago being told that it's on backorder and eta would be 4-6 weeks there after 16 weeks down the line still no part being delivered told that suppliers changed yet they commit to delivering on time been a nightmare dealing with the customer care service always having to battle for answers as to why the eta changes multiple times and they failed to deliver to a customer ford is unable to source the part and makes up excuses each time this has caused me a huge financial disaster and being labeled as *********** in the work that I do can someone at ford please have an answer to me about the way ford as I can't continue like this now I need attention from from management
