Worst Experience

I have a Ford fiesta ecoboost 2016 that had a brake down on the 28of June 2019. The was dropped at Ford Witbank the following day. My car got attended on 2second. They called me to tell me that a clutch plate was damage and the Ford warranty doesn't cover it. There car was booked for service before for 100000km. After receiving a call that I had to pay R11k for clutch I said they need to continue with repairs I will pay. Since from then even now my car is still at the garage I don't know what they need to do. I've been with other Ford services never experienced inconvenience like this it's almost 2weeks without a car and I'm at risk to loose my job as I can't attend to casino emergency. I thank you ford for worst experience ever and I was considering to buy a new focus but with this experience. FC10TBGP
