Worst ever after sales service
Good day
I have bought a brand new car from Ford Eastern Cape Motors in Port Elizabeth.

I hereby write this report to make other buyers aware of the poor service and after sales service that I have received from the branch as well as Ford head office.

I bought a Brand new Ford figo and ever since I have purchased it, I have had nothing but poor quality and service.
Within 2 months of receiving my car, the carpets pulled loose, door panels breaking and side mirrors fitting broken out. Within six months, the car started rusting. After all this, my battery was disconnected , needinga new code for the radio. (This is suppose to be inside the book provided to me) - The code was no where to be find. After bringing this to their attention, they ask me to pay them R390 for the code that was not provided to me in the first place.

I eventually got the code, just to find that this does work. I took the car into a radio specialist just to find that the VIN number of the car and the serial number of the radio does not match. ( All to my expense)
I phone the branch, the sales person, the manager and no one seems to be able to assist me.
I Am fed up with them and would not recommend them!!
