Worst customer service ever.....

If you own a Ford and take it to Halfway Ford in Kuilsrivier, please be assured that YOU will be calling non stop to get feedback and quotations out of them, I have spoken to the service advisory on numerous occasions and still no feed back. This morning I spoke with the service manager and 7 hours later still no word, so this will be the 10th call in total to Ford Halfway. And don't bother leaving messages to have your call returned because that also never happens! I guess the company name rings true, Halfway all the way.... Should be ashamed to treat your customers like that!
