Worst car service ever

So this my review I want to give to ford and tell people how bad the brand is do not buy a ford there service is shocking ther workmanship is shocking ... this is my story so I owned a vw tsi for 2years and thought I’ll trade it in did reviews Nd thought I’ll trade it in for a ford st when the service was due took it to ford Claremont have a nock on the left side wheel they telling me there is nothing wrong.... Day 2 so I wake up the morning 7am need to gt to work I then want to warm my car up the car is completely dead I then phn my aa they send a technician out he advice me the battery is dead I only had the car fr 3 weeks and the car was bought from vw table view I then try phoning FORD CLAREMONT FOR MORE THEN 4 HOURS. My frastration had blew threw the roof I had to be at work already and it’s 11 o’clock I then gt the aa to tow the car to FORD CLAREMONT ther manger Dannie has promised me numerous times he will contact me but never does I phn the service area they never call me back I then phoned my ombudsman and he notified me vw will replace my battery my big question is there was nothing wrong with my car afta the service it gave problems ...... then the lady at reception gt no idea who to put you threw to .... I want a credit on my service Nd want it done somewhere we’re i cn have a piece of mind that people that know wot they are doing ...... I regreat buying this car and wount advice anyone to buy a ford thnx ghakeem ***
