worse experience ever of my life

On the 10.12.2019 in Cape Town CBD I bought a bakkie . On the 24 .12.2019 I drove the bakkie to Klerksdorp which I did not even make ,when I was 50 km from home a car broke. I called Ford to inform them about the situation, they said I must call my insurance which did not help me either. Theo was my agent to help when buying car. Instead they organised a family cab which I had to paid R1200 to take us home. My children were terrified as they were excited with daddy's new car. this has been a trauma as I'm still without a car . I could not enjoy my holidays ,I must go back to work today and I still don't have a car as it has been towed away. I need to be in Cape town today and I don't know what to do. I need to cancel this deal, I'm very frustrated at this point.
