Wiper Blades

I had to replace my wiper blades on my Ford Figo. First I was sold blades that doesn't fit the Figo at all, it was blades for the Ford Ka/Eco Sport. I then exchanged the blades and received new ones. I tried to fit the new ones but they are to small. I went back to Ford to have them replaced again, only to be told that according to my VIN number those parts has to fit. The Ford technician tried with me to make the blades fit but was unsuccessful. Now I am told that I need to bring my car in in order for the workshop to bend my framework of my wiper blades in order for the blades to fit. Where in your life have you ever come across service like this. Totally pathetic and poor service. They can't even provide the correct wiper blades for a car.
