Wheel Nut Breaks on 1st Use (Poor Quality)

I am writing to express my displeasure with the quality of the wheel nut of my Ford Ranger XL. I used it for the time to change my tyre and it broke. This can only mean the quality is up to scratch. I could have been easily been stuck in Lesotho because of the same. I am not happy at all as the new wheel nut set and labour costs me me about R2200!
