Well done Ford

For I was under the impression that to go to the head of a product after not getting anywhere from the dealer one's problem would be resolved but to my founding it's just the same as the deal, they have the sale so you as a customer means nothing. Please never never use Motus Ford. Was and is the worst experience ever, they keep a nice juicy steak in front of you and once they have you in there books then all of that is no longer. Then they fix parts witch they damaged on a new vehicle with secondhand worn parts and Ford South Africa is just as lousy as them, after explaining what's going on and they Ford SA acknowledged i was bul**** in a deal, That Motus Ford has to take responsibility for there actions and my vehicle needs to be replaced. Now all of a sudden I have to give them a 4th chance to try and fix this damage and hell of a peace of ******* that is a safety hazard or just live with it.
