Water pump only lasted 60 000 kms

I bought a Ford Figo 1.4 Ambiente in April 2011.<br> <br> All the services are up to date and on record.<br> <br> Four years and only 60 000 km later, the water pump broke and it cost me R4700 to have it replaced. (Conveniently, the water pump broke just after the guarantee had expired.)<br> <br> On Monday, May 4, I contacted Ford Customer Relations to inform them about this and I received an email stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours. This never happened.
