warrenty of my vihicle being rejected on claims that the break down is due to an accident

Good day I am raising my frustration in the incompetence of East Vaal Ford in Witbank ,I had a mechanical break down on Thursday 18th April 2019 which my ford ranger 2.2 van stopped on the N4 free way ,I called my insurance for road assistance ,they towed the van to there storage since it was a holiday and the ford East Vaal was closed , Tuesday 23/04/2019 they towed the van to ford east Vaal into there workshop where technician wrote a report claiming that my van is damaged due to an accident ,my van its on 39000km due for the next service 40000km it has warranty and I fail to understand why a fuel pump part of can be classified as accident allegations based on a visual inspection ,they later claimed that my van does not have enough diesel and I had to purchase it for them to inspect ,the technician was rude failed to explain even there on teams and condition please help me MR Goodness Motha ********** 747 JGZ650MP
