Vacuum formed in petroltank and started to leak. Contacted customer care because we had a late service that was a honest mistake(thought its service of 15000 like a vw but their service plan state 20000 So we we 5000 late. We asked for decrease in payment and they increased it from 25% to 50%, no respond from them. Our car is ready for collection but waiting on respond. After we had waited for 5 weeks for a new tank! Very poor feed back from country ford branch, left plenty of messages at secretary with no return calls. Will never buy a ford again in my life time!
