Warranty ****!!!

This is probably a waste of my time as I see none of the other reviews have responses but I will review anyway....

I have a Ford Focus, licensing documentation says 01/02/2014 and my Ford documentation says 01/01/2014. The Ford warranty plan that came with this vehicle is a 4 year/120 000km. I have contacted two Ford dealerships directly, the customer care department, IWC (whatever that is) only to be told that I need to be transferred to the warranty department. This has been going on since the beginning of January. I have spent a significant amount of time on the phone, going into the dealership and emailing. I am now informed that the warrant starts from the wholesale date and not the retail date! Why would my warrant documents say 01/02/2014 if the actual start date was 27/11/2013! Over the past two years I have received the worse service from Ford in Cape Town. Whether is comes to servicing of vehicles, trade in and now this warranty issue. I am now left without a warranty because I refuse to be paying a higher price.
