Want to book my Ford Ranger for a service

I phoned Casseys Auto in Springs today at about 9:30am for a quote and proforma invoice to have my Ford Ranger booked for a service on 60000km. They could not help me because according to the lady that I spoke to all their computers got ****** an the computers they are working on now is limited so they can't mail or fax anything to me. After that I phoned Gani's Auto in Heidelberg 3 times and they don't even answer the phone. After phoning Gai's Auto I tried Casseys Auto in Benoni and and I ask the lady that answered the phone to put me through to the service department because I need to book my vehicle for a service. She asked me who I want to speak to and again I told here I need to speak to someone in service department to book my vehicle for a service. She transferred my call and there was no answer as well.
