Waiting 4 months for repairs on vehicle

Hi Ford took my vehicle in 4 months back to take photos of paint blisters and flaking, after 3 months i phoned the dealer the hear that the delay were and they never took any photos the day they had the vehicle and n had to take it back to the dealer so that this time they can take photos , ever since i have been calling the dealer as well as Ford SA for a response. No positive outcome yet , only that they want me to pay for the damage on the vehicle. Very disappointed in Ford
