Very bad service from Ford

I have a Ford Raptor with 38000 km on the clock and broke down next to the road with a gearbox problem on the 15th of June 2022. Action Ford in Citrusdal/Malmesbury took my bakkie for repairs. Since now it went back four times for the same problem and is still broken. They should have replaced the gearbox but kept on repairing the problem. This is the worst service I ever experience in my life and I am a Ford *****. Action Ford and Ford SA does not want to help me by replacing my gearbox. I feel helpless. Can anyone help me or give me advice to what to do
