Very bad service

I have tried to buy a ford ranger dubble cab xl, the special R 4999pm. It has been a month now and still no one has tried to help us. They are all useless at the Rustenburg Branch. They do not give feedback at all.. very disgusted with ford and the people working there. They dont do what we ask them to do..they dont give the bank the right information at all.
