Very Bad Ford Service

In 2016 I bought my eco sport tdi in 2018 my engine blew, which they replaced with new engine. Ive driven 10 000 km with new engine and a month after service I broke down again on the N2 with the same problem. Putting my life at risk!! The new engines warranty has since expired ( 1 year only) . My car at Ford currently “running tests” , I was told yesterday I will get a curtesy car and this morning I get a phone call they can't help me because my car is not under warranty anymore. So in the interim me single mother With 2 school going kids has to sit without a car! Guess this is the price you pay for poor service and buying a **** car. So I paid 225 000 rand for a car that lasted me 3 years. Definitely not a safe and reliable car to be driving in Our current circumstances of SA
