Very angry and disappointed

Im very disappointed by Ford Mafikeng because i bought brand new Ford focus from them in 2013 i told them i want a car with sandroof they said is available only to find that the model didnt have that sabdroof means they modified a car no one said they will open it on roof to put sandroof which is now a problem showing how bad it is..currently i need more explanations from Ford how they do **** SALES not telling the truth at 1st not running for sales...Were im sitting i will never ever buy any Ford or encourage anyone to since i want to buy a new car means Ford not anymore on my list...i called Ford headoffice on Monday they said will call me back up until now no one called and means they dont care...I heard about Ford before and now i know about them maybe they took an advantage of me being a woman...I WOULD LIKE FORD SA TO ATTEND THE MATTER OR ILL TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS
