Vehicle deposit

on the 19/06/2015 Samson Neshibe deposited a vehicle with R150 000.00, he decided he doesn't want the vehicle because of the high malliage on the 20/06/2015. When I cancelled they deducted R10 000.00. According to CPA ,the dealer is not supposed to deduct money from a customer on cancellation. No contract was signed. They said the R10 000.00 deducted was for the bumper that they fitted, because they used their time.
