Various Ford Dealerships ***********!

I bought my Ford Figo Diesel in 2014 at Delareyville Branch. My fuel consumption was 18 to 19 km/l.<br> Nearing the first service fuel consumption dropped to 14 to 15 km/l.<br> Lichtenburg branch said it was a software factory fault and repaired the fault. Where after fuel consumption was 16 to 17 km/l. At the 30000 km service at Rustenburg branch they said there is a software fault, that only 14% software was loaded. They apparently reinstalled the software after which fuel consumption was 15 to 16 km/l. A month after this service the aircon stopped working and I took the car to Klerksdorp branch for repair, and asked them to look at the fuel consumption as well. The reply was the fuel consumption was a software problem, and they also reloaded the software. But now the fuel consumption is 13 to 14 km/l. Coming from a family of Ford *****s I chose Ford as my first car, and I feel that Ford standards aren't what they used to be and I'm highly disappointed in the incompetence. I'm seriously considering trading my Ford in for another brand.
