Utterly the worse dealership ever.

Our experience with our Ford Eco Sport has been nothing but frustrating since taking it in for its first minor service and radio installation. Not only is the car now overheating, but it also came back with scratches despite being a new vehicle. We even purchased a new fan, but the issues persist. The maintenance team keeps coming up with excuses after excuses, and we are left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with their poor service. It has been nearly a month since our car was first taken in, and they still cannot seem to find the root of the problem. Their constant blaming of us and the car only adds to our frustration. The tone of our voice is one of disappointment and dissatisfaction towards the poor quality of services we have received.
