useless ford

Ive had my car in for repairs for the past 4 weeks with one of ford approved repairers , only to be told now that bonets are out of stock. Initially i had been told that my will be ready in 2 weeks and that has passed already , what does one do now . I have been asking for a courtesy car but all my efforts are in vain. <br> <br> i have also asked an ETA but nothing still
