Upfront with needed info

I contacted the Umgeni branch of CMH Kempster Ford Durban to get info about a electronic part that I want to replace on my car. <br> <br> I thought that I would only get told to take my car in for an inspection, without getting the info I wanted.<br> <br> I was pleasantly surprised with the good response I have received, and I am now at ease with my decision to buy the part I need.<br> <br> I am pleased to know that customer service still exists now and then (even without the guarantee that the company was gonna get any work from me).
