Unsatisfied

Went to Ford at Bruma in Eastgate today because I have problem <br> With the tie rod ends it has bend, talked to my dealer about it and they said I should take it to any ford and I did. <br> Arrived at Bruma a guy called Charlton told me to take the car to the insurance without hearing my side of the story,<br> His left me there without assisting me, then came back and told their mechanic to check it which he did then the mechanic said <br> there's a problem with the steering rack and they can't say what caused it. I then called my husband telling him the situation, I gave the <br> phone to Charlton(why are you giving me the phone, who wants to talk to me and why ??)they talked and then he said to me I should take a sit and he left me there for almost 45minutes, first he doesn't know how to speak with clients, he called me at 13:46 telling me that the steering rack is R11000 and then hanged up without explaining.<br>
