Unresolved car problem

I have bought a Ford Ranger single cab in Polokwane in November 2020. It started to give me problems in November 2023 and this an ongoing problem until today's date. the problem is while driving it it switch on all lights on the dashboard and it stop until they tower it to their workshop. It goes there with the same problem now is the 5th time doing that. I asked them to give me another car they are refusing because this one is not reliable and i bought this for bussiness now my bussiness has stack cause i cant make deliveries. please help me so that they can give me another car with the same installment within the remaing period.
