Unprofessional conduct

Even though I see that FMCSA does not reply to the posts on hellopeter, I still feel obligated to share my story online to the unsuspecting future customers who might step into the same snare as I did.

It's been a very long time since I've been communicating with the CRC manager for resolution on my case (***). At first she seemed quite helpful and understanding. She, as well as the numerous other personnel I got in contact with over months and months of deliberation. That was until the Field Service Engineer was tasked to do an evaluation/inspection on the vehicle for the second time. Please note that this was after many futile attempts to fix the problem.

The outcome of his inspection, as could have been expected, was unfavorable and my case was abruptly closed.

However, his finding as mentioned on his report could swiftly be dismissed as untruthful as it was contradicted by my dashcam recording during the test drive. His voice clearly mentioning that he can hear the noise, but that he does not know what to do about it.

But wait, the best is still to come:

After the FSE's subterfuge was brought under the attention of the CRC manager as well as her manager, the Director, Service Engineering Operations, International Markets Group (MEA), my email address was blocked by the CRC Manager : MEA as well as the Customer Experience Specialist. All communications from their side has stopped.

As a lifelong FORD customer, I'm stunned, to say to least, to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.
