Unhappy Customer

Worse car I have ever driven in my life, I bought Ford Eco Sport in July 2019, the car it's basically 2 years old and with 25500 mileage, last week Saturday the car broke down without giving me any indication or some sort and I was with my kids, the trauma on my kids it's was unbelievable.

I called my insurance, they towed the car to midrand dealership Monday morning, same day I received a call from them telling me that they have my car and they will look @ it, the following day they call me again telling me "they think the problem it's a clutch" and they have to check the gearbox and they quoted me r6000 for a 2 year old car that it's under warranty, my question is why I have to pay so much for a new car, the story doesnt end there. On Wednesday they call me again saying the clutches are worn out they have to change them and the total amount will be R14000 for a new car that for the past two years I have been WFH driving less 10 mileage a day when dropping my kids to school, how possible that clutches can just get worn out when most of the time the car it's parked. I'm frustrated and furious even today I'm still waiting for an update regarding the car, I have asked them to borrow me a car since I don't have any means of transport they say they don't have cars but they want me to pay big amount for their manufacturing faulty even someone who doesn't know anything about cars, they can tell that this it's a straight forward manufacture issue but now my pocket has to pay for that, I'm not happy at all with Ford regretting my decision to buy a car from them.
