I app**** for finance on a 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 Ecoboost #Quote 13173 Salesman - Muhummad Essop on the 26 March 2024,I have provided all the required documents & was informed that my application was pre-appoved.The Salesman further informed me that because I'm a foreign national working in the country & the application been converted to a business application in my company name Mhofu Global Pty Ltd,that it will take some time to get an approval.I asked him if he can give me a turnaround time & he told me that it will take less than a week.I told him that I will be patient,when the week passed & didn't get any feedback or response,I did a follow up & was referred to the F & I Manager Neo Tlhabe,she requested addional updated docs,which I submitted & she explained to me that the matter was referred to ***** & that it will take some time to get an outcome.I asked her based on her experience,more or less how long it will take & she couldn't give me a time frame.I'm very disappointed in the way my application has been handled,as I'm the one that must do daily follow ups,it's gotten so bad that the Salesman told me to take my business somewhere else,if I can't have any patience.All I want to know,is what the outcome is on my application?????
