Unfair Treatment from Ford Vereeniging

I have bought a 2015 silver Ford Ranger 2.2 D/Cab from Vereeniging Auto on the 25th May 2018, I noticed smoking at the tail pipe and I sent the the dealer an email that I'll be returning the bakkie which I returned 3 days later, two weeks later I was offered another 2015 White Ford Ranger 2.2 D/Cab reading 95890km on the clock, which I fetched on the 15th June 2018, I noticed on the second day that it was leaking transmission fluid, that is when on the 18th I went to the dealer to lay a complaint about the leaking and I was instructed to take the vehicle on tuesday the 19th to the workshop for the leak to be looked at, on Tuesday at the workshop on requesting the service history of the bakkie to my surprise the last reading on the speedometer was 110381km recorded on 10 October 2016 when it had a windscreen change, that means this bakkie's 90k service was done on the 4th August 2016 when it was reading 89366 km then.

I approached the dealer about this as I felt I was unfairly sold a vehicle with no traceable record and believe the product/bakkie I have been sold do not reflect the true image of the product/bakkie I intended to buy and the dealer should replace the product/bakkie.

I left the bakkie at the dealer's workhop and was told they will look into the matter, two days passed and I had to call the dealer and instead being offered to replace the product I was told side steps will be installed for free on the bakkie which I am not interested on.

On friday the 22nd I visited the dealership to request my car back(trade-in) when I was told the bank has already settled it and I cannot get it back but was advised to wait 3 months for the dealership to find something suitable.

I think this is a Joke on me because I cannot wait that long for this one to be replaces, that time frame exceeds far beyond product return policy and I will find myself having to deal with a bakkie that will not work for me.

I believe there are only two options here between myself and the dealership, return my traded in car or promptly replacement of the Ford Ranger.
