Unfair charges on my car fan belt that was suppost to be replaced on 120 000km according to FORD Manufacturing schedule but it has been replaced on 94 000km

I took my car Ford Ecosport Titanium 1.5 at Ford Lazarus for 100 000km service. Then I was called that they must replace fan belt as well because it is damaged and I must pay R1277.37 to replace it and I had to pay that amount because of fear. Later I have contacted MFC insurance and query about it then we went through the Ford Manufacturing Schedule and it says the fan belt has to be replaced when the car is 120 000km, currently my car is on 94 000km. my insurance told me that I don’t have to pay that amount because it means it is a manufacturing problem but I was already paid, then I have contacted FORD SA on 21 September 2018, REF: ********** 36 and I have explain the situation then they have said the cant get hold of the engineer as soon as they have spoken to them they will revert back to me. I had to call them again and still they can’t get hold of them till today I haven’t received any call from FORD SA.
