I really wish you had 0 or negative stars because rating them 1 star seems generous.

I have a major complaint with a dealership which I took to their customer care.

The issue IS NOT SOLVED. There is no resolution and I've received no feedback on one of my complaints but Ford Customer Care have decided they're bored of me and my complaints and have closed the case. Now the woman I was speaking to refuses to answer my mails or take my calls.

Customer CARE? What a joke.
