Unacceptable Performance Ford SA

My Wildtrack is 6 months old and I had an issue with the window washer pipe breaking. It took some arguing with Ford in Richards Bay to have it replaced for free. After collecting the vehicle I established the driver side wiper was smearing water on its return swing. I returned to Ford and requested the Service Manager to have a look, showing him the problem. . His reaction was one of frustration and his response was how can there be any problem from just removing and replacing the arm. Since he had no intention of investigating further, I left the premises and returned home to do my own investigation. End result is that someone should inform that supposed service manager that if the arm is not replaced onto the tapir at exactly the correct angle, it will overrun its arc and the spring force will no longer be able to keep the entire blade on the increased curvature of the windscreen, and subsequently on the return sweep, it will spread water over 50% of the windscreen.

Anyway frustrated at having to go through both incidents, on 3rd April, I emailed a complaint to Ford SA and received an automated acknowledgement of receipt informing me that I would receive a call from a "friendly customer service representative" (FCSR) within 24 hours. On 5th April I received another automated acknowledgement of receipt again telling me that one of the FCSRs would call me within 24 hours. 30 hours later, I emailed them frustrated that no human contact had been made, and of course, I received yet another automation with the same promise.

5 days later, on 10th April I sent my final attempt attaching all 3 automated responses and said " Thank you for your automatic replies – perhaps Ford SA can save some money now that they don’t have to pay for human presence in their customer relations department; those that are there currently are certainly dead. I look forward to the automated reply to this email." which i did duly receive.

Still no response at 16:30 on 11th April.

Ford SA and their RB service center leave much to be desired.
