Unacceptable Ford

Where to start.... About a month ago while driving in my 3.2 Everest, just all of the sudden the sound from the radio died. Just nothing, no sound coming from the radio. Everything els was still working with the exception of the speakers. Now here is where the fun starts....... Booked an appointment with Metopi Ford Lephalale, which happened to be on a Friday. Took it in early, got the Everest back that afternoon with a message that I must bring it in the following Monday as they were unable to find the fault and that they have to do more checks and tests.....while driving home i noticed that the indicators sound also now is intermittently not working and all the normal warning chimes like searbelt, key in ignition etc. was completely dead. No sounds at all. Took a couple of videos and we forwarded to Metopi Ford Lephalale.. Took it back on the monday and the searching for the issue resumed, that afternoon once again got told that they are not finished and that it must go back the following Thursday.... I asked the service manager what was wrong with the indicators, and received an answer that those chimes etc was not controlled by the radio(not linked) and that they also couldn't fault and it was working...... Back in early Thursday..... Received a call that the radio control module was faulty and that is would be replaced under warranty. They will let me know when I can bring in the Everest for the replacement of the item. Received a call that the Everest can go in on the following monday to change the faulty part, took it in on the monday only for them to call and say that they can't do the replacement because of poor internet......... They will let me know when I can bring it in again. Two days later on the Wednesday it went back for the change, got a phone call from the Mechanic at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon stating that the radio is still not working and that he had now miraculously found an R1 inside the Audio Control Module and that was now the cause of the issue in the first place and that ford SA will not do a warranty claim and he asked me if he can open it to remove R1, after asking him how its even possible for it to get in there and that obviously if he opens it the warranty will be voided he said that he does not know how its possible for it to get there and that the warranty will then be voided. I told the mechanic that he must not open and remove the R1 and that I'm on way. When I got there the mechanic was waiting outside and we walked to the everest in the service bay. He showed me the unit and we struggled to allocate the R1 in it but with some effort located it without opening the unit, he then asked me again if he can open the unit to remove the R1. I then turned the unit upside down and with no issue the R1 fell to the floor. Apparently that R1 has shorted out the unit, but the mechanic said he can not proof it to me without opening the unit and me loosing the warranty.........I told them that I don't accept this and that they have to test the module because they already changed a part and according to them it was not the issue. He plugged the unit in to show me it was not working and all of the sudden the warning chimes was working again??Got my Everest back on the Thursday with a phone call from the service manager stating that they have tested it and its not working and that another one is working, without any proof I must now just accept that that R1 that miraculously appeared in the unit after they where busy and looking for the issue for 3 separate(full days) occasions without noticing a loose R1 coin sliding around in the unit?? According to the mechanic he dit not remove that module and thats why he he did not notice the coin? They now want me to pay R10k for a replacement part that they can't definitely tell or show me that the coin was infact the causing factor, no marks on the coin to indicate that it shorted out anything and how it got there and to top everything the warning chimes and alarms are once again not working? This is really poor service, and they are just looking to put all and any fault on the client.
