Treated like ****

I took my car for service 27 may 2015, the service was not all that. but now i have mechanical problems with a car that i took for service less 3 months ago. The point of taking a car for service is to avoid these things. Nelius leaves for the day without informing anyone of my complaint and the Lee has the audacity to be rude to me. what kind of service is this, I told neluis my car will be towed to the dealership and all he can to for me and leave work without telling me who to liaise with, no one has info of this and no one cares that Nelious promised that he will treat my complaint with urgency.
