Transit parts not available

We bought a Ford Transit in March, drove it for 5000 kms and had an unfortunate accident. Took it to the recommended panelbeater. From the beginning of April until now it is still standing there waiting for parts that are on back order. A letter to customer services caused them to contact me and I requested immediate action, even if they stripped the parts from a new vehicle. Nothing was done and nothing is still being done on the matter. I request that this matter is immediately corrected since we require this vehicle for business purposes and therefore we are loosing money while we wait for non existent parts. Pathetic!
