To lazy/busy? to sell cars

I'm looking for small automatic and saw the Figo as a possible candidate for purchase. I contacted 5 different dealers in my area, Kempton Park, and none of them could produce a "test drive" car. Only 2 asked me if they could bring the car to me later, but alas, they never did.
