They treat people like trash

<p>On Thursday, I app**** for a vehicle finance with Ford Finance and in 4 days I still hadn’t received the outcome of my application. I was referred to Rita Fourie who I contacted today when I asked her for feedback the first thing she said was that if I did not get an SMS it means that I was declined. When asking her the reason why she asked why I want to know because I am declined and said that maybe it was because of my credit score… I tried to enquire further but she gave me nothing but attitude and I still want to know why I was declined – I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHY!!!</p>
