they sold me a brand new car with incomplete paper work.
<p>i (under my company name) bought a brand new ford ranger 2.2l TdCi D/C in 2014 feb from ford centurion.</p> <p>they did everything (according to them) with regard to paper work. and things were going smoothlly untill my car was ****** in jan 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>with the help of the tracking unit, my car was recovered in less than 24 hours and it was taken to police pound yard in benoni. i was called to benoni to come and indentify my car and i was suppost to bring the following documents: my id copy, car certificate and company docs (from cipro) of which i did.</p> <p>the car was towed to the panelbeaters because it was stripped. and on 6th of feb i collected my car from the panelbeaters. i was then advised by my insurence company to take the car to liecencing department for POLICE CLEARANCE.</p> <p>when i get there ,they requsted the following documents from me: ID COPY , CAR CERTIFICATE, PROVE OF ADDRESS, COMPANY LETTER, CIRPO DOCS AND 'BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER CERTIFICATE" (BRNC).and i didnt know what the BRNC is. and there is no record of it under my company name ( according to liecencing department system). the officer at the liecencing department told me that i should have it because the car is registered under my company's name and it's seems like it is impossible to register a car under an entity without the BRNC. she showed me a sample of a required document (BRNC) and it was my first time seing it.</p> <p>then, i called the financing company (westbank) and they also refered me to the dealer (ford centurion). i went to ford centurion and ROSS attended my issue and he advised me to go liecencing department in waterkloof or akasia to apply for the BRNC. now i am seating with a car that is not cleared from police because i can't get the BRNC from either FORD OR WESBANK .</p> <p>MY QUESTIONS ARE:</p> <p>-who is going to pay for the BRNC because it was included in the initial liecencing?.</p> <p>-how did they get the car certificate without the BRNC?</p> <p>-if the liecencing department system was manupilated before, why can't they do it again and help me as a customer?</p> <p> </p>
