They can be competent but are they capable to help clients.
Ford kuruman why do you put people at your service centre that can not even compromise or understand anything that you try to explain. The only one that listened with a caring heart was Leon at parts department.... The lady at the servoce department seems to not care at all. What happened to the client service at this Ford.
