There is NO service

Over the space of a week I have tried to get my Ford Ranger serviced at Ford Tygervalley.

Every time I call the lady answering says the service department is busy and that they will be sure to call me back. I then go through the song and dance of leaving my number, never to hear from them again. It appears as though when you buy a car with a service plan included Ford has no interest in actually servicing your car anymore. Don't get a service plan with your car. That way it can't expire and they have to take their fingers out of their behinds to make their money

Talk about CEO's that are failures. Jeff Nemeth can't even keep his service departments running
