The Worst Service

I bought a Ford Fiesta Titanium in March.<br> <br> It's 7 months later and still have not received my cars Service booklet as well as the manual.<br> The car must go in for a service and still it's seems like No One wants to assist me with it.<br> <br> To what length should one go to be helped????<br> <br> The cars gear knob is broken, the 12V plug cover is broken, should have been replaced LONG ago but AGAIN no one gets back to me!!!<br> <br> Every time I call the service only gets worse!!!<br> <br> My friend went to Lazarus Ford, she had all her things sorted in the first week she bought the car including removing scratches which was on the car. This is what you call service!<br> <br> I am totally FED UP!!!!!!
