The Ultimate Bad Customer Service

I bought my car & service it at Ford bruma. Their customer service has been beyond incredible.Thoroughly enjoy going there.
I decided to go to polokwane since I'm going to be spending Easter there. Upon arrival i was informed that I need to consult one of three ladies inside. I went inside and waited about 20 minutes without anyone attending to me. I then went outside to seek help but ended up having the most confusing conversation ever. The gentlemen outside told me he couldn't help me fix my immobilizer because I didn't purchase it from Ford. I explained that I got it with my car. He proceeded to argue with me until he figured that it was likely fitted, by Ford, on my car for insurance sake and not from the factory. He still maintained that he can't help. When I enquired about my wipers he told me to go back inside to the ladies. After a further 10 minute wait, Dahanne (sp) told me to got to the parts department. I received a quote that wasn't explained to me to the value of R200.
I received no help with my immobilizer and waited more than 30mins for a quote that I couldn't understand. I would much rather wait till I get to Bruma before I fix my car. Polokwane is a NO NO.
