the more you need them the worse it gets

i bought my Ford figo from Ford Germiston and it took them more than a month or 2 months to get me my car then when i called them no one ever called back to tell me what was happening and after finally receiving it and the door handle was not working so i took it back and not just once because as i got it back from the first time of fixing it then it had to go back because the door handle still was broken, and when i said to the lady at the service department that i dont have a car to get to work so it must get fixed(in a very nice manner) she says to me you lucky we not charging you for it. i don't even have 5000km on my clock. i was very disappointed and now i must wait and see if it stops working again.
