The ease of breaking into EcoSport even if it’s a 2019 model

2019 EcoSport Abiante .....Ford has a big problem in two fold ..my car has also been broken into ...and it is so easy to break into this car ...and now Ford does not want to admit to two problems.... 1) you only have to turn the key 10 to 15 degrees and the locking system opens... a VW polo 2010 you have to turn the key 90 degrees before it unlocks ...this is how they getting in. 2) the alarm is not functioning correct .... in any other make and in some other Ford makes ....if You open a car with a mechanical key the alarm MUST go off to warn you that there is a add normal way you are opening the car ...and only when switching the ignition on the alarm goes off ...that is even how my wife’s 2010 VW polo works ...but my 2019 Ford EcoSport alarm is switched off by forcing the mechanical lock open on drivers door allowing them into the car .. What has Ford done ...nothing ..R10 000 worth of equipment ****** out of my car as they can get into your boot too as no alarm . I have logged a ticket to Ford to change the alarm function ...no answer or support ...very disappointed in there support in this matter of surporting there customers. Of course they will not admit to the poor locking system as imagine the recall cost ..but you would think they would at least change the programming of the alarm ...so sad .....2019 car and they don’t have the basics of how the alarm should be working ....but there competitors do even on a 2010 model ....Ford you need to come to the party and help safe guard your customers even in the basic way of reprogramming your alarms ????
