Terrible staff service at Ford Piet Retief, Ermelo and Ford SA

Started with purchasing a Ford Ranger from a garage in Piet Retief. Had the vehicle for 2 months when we noticed there is problems with the control arms and plate. Referred to the garage who sent us to Ford Piet Retief. Most terrible service ever. 🙄 They do not keep their promises, they do not inform you about any progress they are not helpfull at all. They fixed some of the things amounted to ver 10k the garage who I purchased from covered half. When receiving the vehicle it was even worse. We informed them this is about two months ago and to this day have no joy with vehicle fixed. We had to be in nelspruit tomorrow after plenty of promises from Ford sa and Ermelo to no avail We still do not have the correct parts nor can we travel with a unsafe vehicle. Very very disappointing will never purchase a Ford again!!! As there is no such thing as service anywhere close to Piet Retief. All of the people are rude and not helpfull at all. Great Ford you're employees have certainly cost you a customer.
