Terrible service from Ford Dealership in Randburg

The poor service received frm CHM Kempster Ford in Randburg was escalated to Ford South Africa (ref *** logged 16/08/2020) with no resolution or follow up from both Ford South Africa and the dealership. This dealership has the worse service ever. From New car sales to After sales support. Just terrible. Matters escalated to Dealer principle dont get the focus and attention to resolve them.

When defects/issues they caused are fixed the product is damaged even further. This has been a painful journey with Ford since I bought my Ford Ranger
