Terrible Service from Ford

I am so disappointed with the service I got from CMH Ford Hatfield and Ford South Africa. I bought a brand new Ford Ecosport titanium tdci in 2016, I have experienced problems when changing gears, especially when selecting reverse. I explained to the lady who called doing follow ups after I purchased the car about the problem and she said is because the car is still new ,it will come aright. I took her word and continue driving the car though I was sometimes experiencing that problem . I explained the problem to Ford Hatfield when I was taking it for 15000 service and they advised to look at the issue, but still it was not resolved. I told them again when I was taking it for 30000km service and I was told that it was fixed, I will never have that problem again, I drove the car for about 4/5 weeks after the service and it gave me problems again and the car was towed to Ford Hatfield because it was not moving, I didn't understand the problem as the clutch was giving problems, I couldn't select gears easily and the accelerator was not working. Ford Hatfield have checked the car and they told me that the clutch is worn-out, I didn't understand how can a clutch for a car which has not travelled 40000 km been worn out. They have rejected the claim to fix the car because they are saying that it was due to driving style, which I still believe that the clutch was damaged because of the malfunctioning gear box. How can they reject to fix the car because it is still under warranty and on top of that I took maintenance plan with their Service Provider Innovation. The worse part they don't want to give me the report so that I can see if they have mentioned the gear box matter on their report. I am asking myself how do those service agents sleep at night knowing that they have failed their customers??

I am so disappointed, ?I don't think I will ever do business with Ford.
