Terrible Service Country Ford Kuilsriver

i have experienced issues getting feedback and assistance from Ford in Kuilsriver since January 2018. In December 2017 the lock on my Ford EcoSport Boot was replaced and it has been rattling ever since. I have been to Ford 3 times and phoned 4 times to ask when someone can have a look at it. On all the occasions I was there I was informed that my service representative was not in. When calling I was told that someone would get back to me but no-one has. A representative wanting to find out how my service was was also informed of my issue and she also said that she would get back to me to resolve this issue. It has now been four months and I am still driving a car with a rattling boot with the rattle getting increasingly louder.

This is totally unacceptable.
